Introducing your new favourite jacket, the Refuge Jacket is waterproof, windproof and breathable, keeping you protected no matter how bad the weather is. Being a shell jacket it is lightweight and perfect for travel, with taped seams keeping the wind out too.

Waterproof 🌧️ Designed to keep you dry no matter the weather. Not just showerproof, but actually waterproof. And yes, we're talking about standing in the pouring rain all day kind of waterproof. Our fabric is laminated and treated with a DWR (Durable Water Repellant) spray to ensure the water beads straight off you. In technical terms; it's 10,000mm rated

Breathable 😅 It's not one of those 'keep you dry, but make you sweat' kind of jackets. We specifically made our fabrics so they'll be both waterproof and breathable. Rated 4,000g breathable

Windproof 🌬️ All seams are taped to ensure no wind (or rain) can get through, keeping you warm and dry

Fabric ♻️ High quality, durable and comfortable; made from 100% recycled polyester. Our fabric is made from recycled PET bottles that are GRS certified (Global Recycled Standard); a third party certification ensuring they are post-consumer, with over 31 bottles recycled per jacket

Factories 🧵 We craft our fabric in Taiwan and our garments in Xiamen, China by a BSCI certified factory; ensuring safe and healthy working conditions and fair wages

Packaging 📦 Plastic free of course. We send our orders either in a recyclable cardboard box or in a home-compostable bag. With your order wrapped in tissue paper, in a home-compostable garment bag (made from corn starch)

Carbon Neutral

We calculate every product's carbon footprint in partnership with Green Story and offset with third party verified projects.

Waterproof

Yep, properly waterproof, not just 'showerproof'.

Our jackets are rated 10,000mm waterproof, with all seams taped meaning they'll keep you dry in the pouring rain, not just a slight drizzle.

They're also rated 4,000mm breathable to ensure you won't sweat whilst you're staying dry.

Made to fit

We were sick of jackets that didn't fit our bust and hips, and knew we weren't the only ones having issues with fit.

So we designed a jacket that actually fits; with a slight A-line cut, just enough space across the shoulders and hips (without drowning in baggy fabric) and little adjusters at the hem if you need.

Over 30 post-consumer bottles recycled in every jacket ♻️

100% Recycled

Our jackets are made entirely from recycled fabric, made from post consumer recycled bottles that are Global Recycle Standard (GRS) certified, ensuring your old water bottles get a second life.

Because we believe sustainability is an essential, rather than a nice to have.

Such a beautiful jacket. Love the unique pattern and the quality of the jacket is great. Feels made to last. Love the design structurally as well, great pockets, double zipper and poppers down the front and drawstrings around the hood. Excellent fit, both stylish and practical! Already recommended these raincoats to family and friends

Great wardrobe basic

I originally purchased a smaller size but one of the press studs came off and wasn’t able to be repaired. Customer service was great, they quickly sent me a replacement in a larger size so that I could layer it over a winter coat. The jacket is light weight and easy to pack down if you want to put it in bag in case of rain. The hood is big and roomy and will cover your head even if you have your hair back in a ponytail.
