Our Adventure Grant is back, and it's even bigger! Amble's Adventure Grant aims to support women and non binary folk in the outdoors, for adventures big, and small. And after the success of last year’s inaugural Adventure Grant, we’re excited to be supporting another adventurous individual reach their outdoor dreams.

We know from experience that spending time in the great outdoors is where you feel most alive, where you challenge yourself, and where you discover what you're capable of. Everybody belongs outdoors and we know adventure looks different for everyone, so no matter whether you love adventures big or small, we encourage you to apply no matter what you'd love to do.

What kind of adventures are allowed?

In short, all adventures! Whether your dream adventure is doing an iconic hike such as the Three Capes in Tassie or your first kayaking trip, we believe in simplifying the outdoors experience. Maybe you’d love to explore the Dark Sky sites and learn more about Indigenous astrology, or map out the best wheelchair accessible adventures.

We believe the outdoors and adventure is for everyone, so we strongly encourage applications from people identifying as women, non-binary, LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Peoples and those with a disability.

What's included in the Grant?

Amble’s Adventure Grant’s total prize is worth $5,500, and is designed to be shared by a winner, and a friend to go on their adventure with. The prize includes:

• $1,250 of product from Amble, designed to kit out the winner head to toe, along with their chosen friend
• $500 cash to help fund your adventure whether you need it for flights, campsite fees, or getting some extra gear
• $3,700 of product from supporting brands Hipcamp, Osprey, Nemo, Will & Bear, Wandering Folk, Project Pargo, Paire and SunButter.
• We’ll also be giving our community the opportunity to vote on their favourite adventure for our runners up prize, to win $500 RRP of product by Amble. After selecting our main grant recipient we’ll be shortlisting the applicants for a popular vote, with the runners up recipient being selected by our community.

When are entries open?

Entries are open from 27th August to 24th September 2024.  So it’s time to start dreaming up an epic adventure, or put that idea down on paper for that idea you’ve had for years, and make sure you submit your application before the deadline..
